MTP®/MPO 12F SM OS2 คือสายใยแก้วนำแสงชนิด Single-mode (SM) มาตรฐาน OS2 ซึ่งมีจำนวนใยแก้วนำแสง 12 เส้น (12 Fiber) ใช้หัวคอนเน็กเตอร์แบบ MTP® หรือ MPO ที่รองรับการเชื่อมต่อหลายคอร์ในหัวเดียว เหมาะสำหรับการใช้งานในระบบเครือข่ายความเร็วสูงและระยะไกล
